Kurajo

About Kurajo

Kurajo is a new kind of CI/CD platform — one that treats your codebase like a system to understand, not just something to run scripts against. We’re rethinking software automation from the ground up to eliminate wasted cycles, unpredictable costs, and tedious YAML layers.

At its core, Kurajo is built on smart principles. We use a **pay-per-node parallelization model** that lets you control your build speed and costs. Our **pluggable AI** analyzes your workflow to suggest the optimal number of nodes for a build and even warns you if you try to over-parallelize without real gains.

We’ve integrated our open-source **Dodo CLI** for zero-effort config generation, which can auto-generate workflows for both standard GitHub Actions and our new **`.kurajo/ci.yml` build language**. This allows us to build a more intelligent, compiler-like orchestration for your builds.

Why Now?

CI/CD hasn't kept pace with the way modern teams ship software. Projects are more complex, yet the tools are still built around static scripts and linear assumptions. Kurajo uses dynamic dependency graphs and AI-guided execution to adapt pipelines in real time.

We believe developers shouldn’t be waiting on builds, debugging stale pipelines, or guessing which jobs will run. CI should be invisible until it matters — and explainable when it does. Our vision is "Speed as a Product" — a future where you set a time SLA for your build, and our system meets it.

Who We Are

Kurajo is founded by Tanvi Pooranmal Meena, a rising junior at IIT Kanpur. As a systems engineer and open-source builder, I am obsessed with developer productivity and compiler-like orchestration. With experience architecting AI-native infrastructure and low-latency build systems, I started Kurajo not to merely improve CI — but to eliminate its worst tradeoffs entirely.

We’re a small team, building in the open, shipping fast, and obsessed with getting it right. If that sounds like your kind of bet — we’d love to build it with you.
